Where do you ship from?

All Kavati orders are dispatched from our location in the United Kingdom.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship within the United Kingdom, across the European Union, and internationally to a range of countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us at support@kavati.com before ordering.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Standard international delivery to the EU and other international destinations is charged at a flat rate of £50.00. Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days once your order has been dispatched, for UK, EU, and international orders. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods and around public holidays.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door. You can also track your order from the Track Orders link in our footer.

Are duties and taxes included?

Depending on your destination, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery cost.
