All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. While KAVATI aims to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for international shipments. International deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, airline transit schedules, or local courier operations beyond our control.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier partner. KAVATI is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, weather events, transportation issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. KAVATI is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope every KAVATI piece feels meaningful from the moment it arrives. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Free Returns

Eligible orders currently qualify for free returns. Return instructions will be shared once the return request has been reviewed and approved by our support team.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider or banking institution. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Eligible Returns

Warranty Policy

1-Year Plating Warranty

KAVATI offers a 1-year plating warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Significant plating defects
  • Manufacturing faults related to craftsmanship or finishing
  • Authenticity assurance for all KAVATI products

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or accidental damage
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Water, sweat, perfume, or chemical exposure
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Third-party modifications or repairs

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by KAVATI.
