What is your return policy?

KAVATI offers a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Returned products must be unused and unworn, returned in original condition, include original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Are returns free?

Yes. Eligible orders currently qualify for free returns. Return instructions will be shared after the return request has been approved.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
